Leadership is a behavior not a position. It is a choice and the more leaders in your organization the more inspiration towards your vision. Leaders inspire people to see what is possible. Most promotions occur because the individual was good at the task so now they will manage the people doing this task or project. Unfortunately in their previous responsibilities they did not have to draw on leadership skills.

The old belief that leaders are born is simply not true. Leaders possess behaviors and skills that allow them to tap into the potential of people and hence constantly improve your results. Providing leadership learning allows you to decrease turnover and improve productivity and this builds a stronger future.
