Lise Galletley proudly joined the Aspire team in 2008 as our Wrangler of Resources (Director of Operations). Lise’s passion is to drive organizational growth through the effective utilization of resources, be they people, process, or performance related.

Lise is a numbers person and change agent at heart. Her first position was as in the foreign currency conversion department at one of London’s premier manufacturers of surgical instruments during England’s wild Punk era. She continued her career in accounting and management in the insurance, consulting, and computer industries. Entrepreneurial and open to change, Lise formed her own company in 2005 and collaborated with new businesses to implement and document accounting and inventory systems in the Phoenix market. Most recently, she spearheaded the preparation for the successful sale of the Phoenix Technology Group, a local computer hardware reseller..

Born in England , Lise spent her formative years in the Frozen North of Canada, hunting polar bears and playing hockey. Educated internationally, Lise recently graduated from Arizona State University Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Global Business/Finance.
