  Shannon Carriere, Coach and Director of Impact

Aspire coach and Director of Impact, Shannon Carriere, won't take ordinary for an answer. Every day holds an opportunity waiting to be caught. Her hospitality career started in F&B in Northern Arizona and led her to a position in Catering & Sales at Radisson Hotels in Phoenix, Arizona. From there she joined Carlson Managed Hotels, managing Front Office operations and conducting property-wide training and coaching in customer service.

Shannon is a Certified Hospitality Trainer and attended the University of Evansville focusing primarily on the components of psychology and sociology. Shannon is passionate about conquering linguistics, striving to master the art of effective communication and enhancing the potential of people.

Her aspiration in life:
"You can't teach a man anything, you can only help him find it for himself."
